Pricing & Service Scope

Shipping charges are calculated based on shipment details (weight, dimensions, pickup/delivery pincodes) and courier partner rates. Final charges and service availability are confirmed inside the portal at booking time.

Delivery / Shipping Timelines

Pickup and delivery timelines depend on courier partner SLAs, service type, and location. Estimated timelines are shown during booking inside the portal.

Cancellation Policy

If a shipment booking is cancelled before pickup is assigned/processed, cancellation may be accepted as per portal status. Once a pickup is completed or shipment is handed over to the courier partner, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) are processed for eligible cancellations or service failures as per courier partner and platform rules. Refunds are typically initiated to the original payment method after verification. Processing time may vary by bank/payment method.

For refund requests, contact support with Booking/Shipment ID.

Returns / RTO

If a shipment is returned due to delivery failure (RTO), charges may apply based on courier partner terms. Return processing depends on courier partner policies and shipment status.
